Presentation
Companies increasingly find themselves needing to operate on an international scale and, subsequently, to expand their business through exporting their products or services and/or opening branches in other countries.
Portugal and Spain, particularly the Alto Minho region and Northern Galicia, are an example of this. In this new concept of business relations, the Polytechnic University of Viana do Castelo (ESCE-IPVC) identified a gap in the area of professionals that are familiar with the fiscal, accounting and labour realities in these two countries.
Given this context, a Postgraduate Course in Iberian Taxation and Accounting becomes relevant. Providing this training course is a step towards better business integration and performance in the Iberian Peninsula market, thus bridging the gaps existing in this training area.
