Registration and Enrollment
Hello, welcome to IPVC!
So that you may smoothly begin your enrollment process in this Academic Community, IPVC has created a specific website for enrollment.
All registrations at IPVC are done online through the registration website. Here, you will find all the information you need to complete your registration, namely information on the necessary documents for the process.
However, exceptionally, students who request to be attended in person need to schedule a prior appointment through the registration website.
At the end of the registration process, you will find the IPVC welcome guide.
You already know that we’re waiting for YOU.…
Students admitted through the National Admissions Process must register within the period defined in the calendar approved and disclosed by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGES) every year.
The registration and enrollment process in IPVC programs requires access to the online registration website.
On this site, you will find all the information you need to formalize your registration process and enroll in all the curricular units of your program for the 1st and 2nd semesters of the 1st year (a total of 60 ECTS credits).
Yes. From the moment you begin the registration process, it is necessary to make the 1st payment (1st tuition installment, student insurance, and registration fee).
There are several tuition payment methods: one single installment (the entire annual amount) or ten installments as scheduled in the calendar provided in the IPVC General Regulation for Tuition and Prescription. On the registration website, you can consult the methods and the respective amounts.
Candidates placed in a public higher education program through the National Admissions Process may request an exchange under the terms defined in the Regulation for the National Admissions Process in Public Higher Education (RCNAIES) published for the academic year in question, available on the website of the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGES).
Students who were admitted through these admissions processes are required to register within the period defined in the respective annual calendars. The registration and enrollment process for IPVC programs requires access to the online registration site, which provides all the information you need to help you conclude the process.
Students who have obtained skills accreditation will be able to enroll in curricular units in the 2nd and/or 3rd curricular year, up to the ECTS limit defined by each IPVC school, provided that they comply with the general rules for enrollment and the rules of precedence or other specific rules for their program.
The documents required for registration and enrollment are listed on the online registration website.
The student has to observe the enrollment rules, the rules of precedence, and the specific rules of precedence defined by the programs. If you have any questions, feel free to refer to your school’s academic services.
For candidates placed in the 1st or 2nd phases who apply to the next phase and are placed in it, their placement is automatically canceled, as well as their enrollment and registration, as provided in the Regulation for the National Admissions Process in Public Higher Education (RCNAIES) published for the academic year in question.
Thus, if you intend to get into a higher education program this year, you must register with the institution and program in which you were placed the last time you applied within the stipulated period.
No. The educational institution where the candidate was placed in the 1st or 2nd stage sends all the relevant documentation, as well as the fee amount received, to the higher education institution where the candidate was placed in a later stage, as provided by the Regulation for the National Admissions Process in Public Higher Education (RCNAIES), published for the academic year in question.
No. The educational institution where the candidate was placed in the 1st or 2nd stage remits the amount received as an enrollment fee to the higher education institution where the candidate was placed in the later stage.
Thus, the relocated candidate is required to pay the annual tuition payment deducted from the amount paid to the institution where they had been placed in the previous phase, as provided by the Regulation for the National Admissions Process in Public Higher Education (RCNAIES), published for the school year in question.
Immediately after the accident, the student (or their emergency contact, if the student is unable to do so) must immediately inform the IPVC Social Action Services (SAS) of the accident by filling out the “participation in the claim” form and giving it to the respective services.
You must not omit or distort any fact in the context of the accident, and you must follow the procedures defined by the IPVC-SAS.
All the risks resulting from the academic activity described in the information leaflet made available to the student on the website are covered under the general and special conditions of the Student Insurance policy in effect.
