Interior Design

The aims of the Postgraduate Course in Interior Design are based on the following assumptions:

Skills: 

• • Training specialised professionals that are aware of the reality and the specificities inherent to the design and development of solutions for new spaces or remodelling and/or restoring existing indoor spaces.
  • Learning skills in the area of the project methodologies and the tools for developing solutions in the area of interior design (living spaces, commercial, industrial, religious, healthcare areas etc., public or private, for individual or collective use).
  • Providing experiences arising from the involvement of entities and specialists from a wide variety of areas complementary to interior design.

Training: 

• • Understanding the different needs and the varied ways for spaces to be suited to their users.
  • Anticipating scenarios and proposing differentiated solutions or solutions with new perspectives on the relevance of the design and/or remodelling of indoor areas in order to provide people with better living conditions.
  • Developing proposals capable of responding to the needs of users, people and contemporary societies, as well as companies producing and building indoor areas, and other entities.

Partnerships: 

• • Developing close relationships and partnerships with industries and entities related to the specific training area.
  • Creating conditions for the different areas of knowledge applied in the scope of the project to coexist.
  • Defining training guidelines aimed at the territorial reality and the partner entities involved in the projects.
  • Participation of professionals with experience in the training area.
