PEDRO M. CARVALHO holds a Ph.D. degree in Business Administration and a MSc degree in Marketing. He is lecturer in the areas of marketing and strategy and a post-doctoral researcher on Customer Value Co-creation. His major research work has covered a variety of topics related to the fields of value co-creation, relationship marketing and business tourism marketing at the Centre for Tourism Research, Development and Innovation of Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra. In addition, he won the Entrepreneur Award in the Innovation category of the Portuguese Association of Young Entrepreneurs.
