The proposed first cycle study programme aims to train proactive and competitive professionals both inside and outside the country in the field of Arts and Digital Cinema.
While promoting the assimilation of both theory and practical knowledge and fostering analytical thinking and critical insight, this curriculum aims to combine expertise with creativity in devising and carrying out original projects.
The goal is for students to acquire technical skills that will allow them to master all stages of the creative process and develop their projects with increasing independence throughout the course.
– An educational programme that combines Visual/Plastic Arts, Cinema and Audiovisual, with a curriculum rooted in a strong theory and practical component.
– Interaction with institutions and professionals from the Arts and Cinema industries, through local and national partnerships.
– A course with various professional outcomes in fields of high employability.

Access
Entry Requirements
– Entry through National Access Application to Higher Education.
– Access through Special Admissions, Special Entry Routes (holders of Higher Education, Medium and Specialised Technological Course), Special Entry Routes (holders of Dual Certification of Secondary Education and Specialised Artistic courses); Re-entry, Transfer and Change of Course.
– Completion of secondary education (12th year) and completion of one of the following national exams: (03) Drawing; (10) Descriptive Geometry or (12) History of Culture and the Arts.
Entry requirements outlined in the special entry routes. For those over 23 and holders of Dual Certification for Secondary Education and Specialised Artistic courses (specific knowledge tests and curriculum assessment through interview).

Aims
This programme is designed to produce innovative creators and qualified professionals who can offer novel solutions and meet market needs. It emphasises community engagement and active contribution to the cultural and social landscape through the development of projects at local, national or international level.
Graduate profile
Graduates in Arts and Digital Cinema can apply their artistic and technological knowledge in various private and public contexts, particularly as authors, engaging with different systems of production, enhancing and marketing their projects.
These skills can extend to the realm of Arts and Cinema in public spaces, in collaborative projects and/or social empowerment initiatives with the community, in coordination and in association with museums, galleries, festivals, cinemas and other cultural spaces and institutions that promote the creation and presentation of artistic projects.
Additionally, within frameworks that necessitate the inclusion of creators in their teams, they cater to artistic and content creation, technical support, production, management and scheduling in domains such as Arts, Cinema and Audiovisual.
