The Student Support Office (GAA) is dedicated to assisting and guiding IPVC students and alumni. It aims to provide comprehensive support, integration and mentoring, while also fostering projects focused on social intervention and initiatives related to student health and well-being. This department is permanently available to resolve any queries students may have about the wide range of SAS-IPVC services, including scholarships, housing, meals, health and well-being office, sports centre, social assistance scholarships, academic bus, Bira, cultural workshops, and alumni support.
The GAA’s mission is to maintain students’ trust and satisfaction, ensuring the protection and promotion of their rights, guarantees and legitimate interests and finding suitable solutions quickly and efficiently.
As part of its responsibilities, the GAA assesses feedback, ideas, requests for information and complaints, ensuring they are addressed and solved in conjunction with the relevant departments. The GAA may propose the adoption of measures, solutions and procedures that contribute to the improvement of the quality of service and the level of student satisfaction.
