At the moment, the national business fabric is discussing the following question: “Which choice to make… To produce at the lowest profit margin ever or to refuse orders?…”. To be able to survive in the current climate, it is becoming increasingly necessary for companies to produce well “first time”, because the profit margin is so slim that the price paid by the customer is almost the same as the cost price.

Therefore, companies must have support from senior management with expertise in the most advanced methodologies in the quality management area.

In this context, and as a means of meeting the needs of the Portuguese business fabric, ESCE-IPVC has launched a Postgraduate Course in Quality Management that will cover the different current methodologies, from NP EN ISO 9001:2015 to Six Sigma and Lean Management.
