Início / Avaliação, Planeamento e Performance em Trail Running
Presentation
The Postgraduate Course in Planning, Assessment and Performance in Trail Running comes in response to the increasing demand for specialised training in the area of outdoor sports, more precisely in an area that has a major competitive and interdependent performance component. Therefore, this specialised training course is based on sports training and on technical and scientific knowledge through the development of practical skills, making it possible for students to receive certification in all the aspects of mountain running.
The curricular structure, the organisation and the close links to sports training are an excellent alterative in terms of professional differentiation, but above all in the need for updating and specialisation.
This postgraduate course will make it possible to learn about and gain skills for professional operation and recognition in the assessment, planning and optimisation of Trail Running training.
